Note: there may be colour differences between goods represented on the website and their actual colours, caused by variations in the representation of certain colours on computer screens. Payment for goods can be made using Credit or Debit Card. The amount is drawn from your card, as soon as your order has been placed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received at Designer Moda. Receipt of orders is confirmed by email. Goods are normally delivered within 5 working days.

RIGHT TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Designer Moda has a “no quibble” returns policy. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased from us, just return them to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s). This does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We do not refund items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please ensure that you wrap the package securely.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a secure method of post.

Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
